My Coaching and Training Services

I offer a variety of services to meet your needs. Your first step for all coaching services involves my free 30-minute coaching call so we can meet each other, clarify your needs and/or answer any questions you have. I will supply any necessary worksheets and information prior to starting coaching to help provide a structure for the sessions. The most popular coaching format involves one to one 45-minute telesessions which are held three to four times per month. The frequency of sessions depends on the pace and quantity of work that a person chooses.

I offer group coaching formats - groups are formed of people working on similar issues. These groups, held as teleconferences, are held three to four times per month for one hour. Examples of coaching groups include: career or life transition, success strategies and singles relationship success training.

I enjoy providing brief introductory presentations and trainings to professional, business, service and other groups. My coaching fees vary according to how often we meet and whether we meet individually or in group. My individual telephone coaching rate is $75.00 per 40-45 minute session. My group coaching rate ranges from $35.00-$45.00 per 60-minute session depending on the format. Training fees depend on the topic, length and format desired. Community talks are usually free.
